Yes, our community warmly welcomes your pets, and we allow up to two pets per household. Contact us for more information on our pet fees.

We have open, first come first served parking spaces. We also offer detached single-car garages for $125 per month.

Residents may enter maintenance request through our online portal, or through the leasing team. Our maintenance team will be available Mon-Fri for all standard work orders, and work to get those completed within 24 hours of when they're submitted. For emergencies after hours and on weekends, our on-call maintenance team member will come out to assist you.

Our mixture of apartment homes and retail spaces makes our community very unique. While we have standard retail spaces throughout the community for residents to enjoy, we also offer live-work units that make for a perfect small business set up right in your own home. Additionally, our local retail offerings will provide all the essentials that you need, just a quick walk away!

Main Street Vista offers 20,000 Square Feet of On-Site Retail, spacious clubhouse with work spaces and gaming lounge, high-end fitness center with yoga studio, resort style pool, pet park & onsite pet spa, outdoor grilling, elevators in every building, and 24/7 package room with cold storage.

Yes, our community has rentable storage spaces throughout the building.
